Shipping policy
We ship New Zealand wide from Hawke's Bay with NZ Post and Aramex. Which courier carries your parcel depends on its size and your delivery address, and your tracking email tells you which one has it.
What it costs
Shipping is worked out automatically at checkout from your delivery address. You do not choose a rate and you cannot pick the wrong one - we detect whether the address is urban or rural and apply the right one.
- North Island, urban - $20.00
- North Island, rural - $28.00
- South Island, urban - $25.00
- South Island, rural - $34.00
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
How long it takes
Once your order is dispatched, typical courier transit is:
- North Island - 1 to 4 business days
- South Island - 2 to 7 business days
Rural addresses usually add a day on top. These are courier transit times and are a guide, not a guarantee.
Tracking
You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Keep that email until the parcel arrives.
Where we ship
New Zealand only. We do not currently ship overseas.
If something goes wrong
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item is delivered. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by circumstances outside our control.
If your order arrives damaged, email info@struxamotion.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will sort it out. Full details are in our Refund policy.
If a parcel has not turned up and tracking has not moved for several days, get in touch and we will chase it with the courier.
